For AI: Enter your topic, select tone (professional, casual, friendly, humorous, inspirational, educational), add keywords, and choose platforms. For Manual: Write your post, add hashtags and mentions, and select platforms. Preview character counts in real-time.
Click 'Generate Media' to create platform-specific images using AI, upload your own images, or select from your media library. Images are automatically sized correctly for each platform - square for Instagram, wide for Facebook/LinkedIn, vertical for Stories.
Check boxes for which platforms to post on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok. You can customize the content for each platform if needed, or use the same content across all selected platforms.
Click a date/time on the calendar to schedule the post, or save as draft to schedule later. The calendar shows optimal posting times based on platform best practices. Scheduled posts appear color-coded on your calendar.
