Who it is built for

Built for marketing at scale. Not for everyone.

A fit if you're…

01

Running acquisition, retention and customer support across channels, and want them run as one operation.

02

Wanting to understand every customer and run true one-to-one personalization at scale, so your brands are loved, not just bought.

03

Sending high volumes of e-mail, SMS and messages, and want more revenue from every send.

04

Sitting on customer data scattered across systems that don't talk to each other.

05

Replacing a stack of point tools with one platform your whole team runs.

Probably not yet if you're…

Looking for a free tool or a lightweight e-mail sender.

Getting what you need from a general assistant like ChatGPT or Claude, and not yet measuring what your marketing earns.

Running a one-off campaign rather than marketing week after week.

Not ready to bring your data, channels and team onto one operation.

Agreements start at $80,000 a year. One brand? .

How pricing works

Priced on what your business runs.

No rate card to decode. Brands and seats are never a line item on an agreement. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes.

What you pay for

A platform fee

The whole platform for every brand and teammate on the agreement, with the people looking after your account.

The volumes your business runs

Priced on what goes through it each month, so the agreement grows with your business, not with the number of seats.

What moves your price

01

Event volume

The warehouse and web events your business sends each month.

02

Message volume

The e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp your team sends each month.

03

AI usage

On fair-use terms, written into your agreement.

04

Infrastructure and support

A dedicated cluster, uptime commitments and the people looking after your account.

Proof

“Choosing The AI CMO represents an important step in building a marketing operation that can scale across our online and land-based businesses. Its unified approach will allow us to coordinate acquisition and retention across brands and markets, increase the leverage of our teams, and measure impact against incremental margin.”

Questions

Your pricing questions, answered.

01

How much does an agreement cost?

Agreements start at $80,000 a year. The price is a platform fee plus the volumes your business runs: events, messages, AI usage, and the infrastructure and support you need.

02

Can we start with one brand?

Yes. Manager covers one brand at $799 a month, with 3 team seats. When a second brand arrives, it becomes an agreement.

03

How long is an agreement?

Twelve months, with the billing terms written into your agreement. Manager is billed by the month, or by the year at a lower price.

04

Do teammates cost extra?

Not on an agreement: every brand and every teammate is on it, each in their own role, with single sign-on.

05

Will it fit our stack?

It connects natively to stores, payments, ad accounts, analytics and messaging, takes files and a push endpoint for your own systems, and reaches thousands more apps through the integrations hub.

06

What about security reviews?

Every agreement comes with an MSA, a DPA and procurement support. Our SOC 2 Type II and GDPR programs are underway, with live status in the Trust Center.

Tell us how many brands you run.

And the markets and channels they cover. We will size the agreement around them, or tell you plainly if one brand on Manager is the better start.
