The AI CMO has signed a strategic partnership with NET and GAMES to run AI-driven marketing execution across the group's online and retail casinos. The agreement covers acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing, with every action recorded in an append-only audit trail. The rollout is already underway: the NET and GAMES team is working in the platform, and Helpdesk is live for player support.
The AI CMO is an AI-native marketing operating system that works as both a customer data platform (CDP) and an intelligence system. A dedicated data warehouse holds NET and GAMES's customer and campaign data with per-brand isolation, so one brand's records never sit alongside another's, and identity is resolved by rule into a single view of each player. On top of that data layer, the intelligence system plans, produces and proves the work: long-lived AI specialists in PPC, CRM, content, SEO, social and brand monitor performance, propose work with the value at stake attached, and execute through a single approval queue. That structure is designed to let NET and GAMES move toward thousands of personalized campaigns without adding headcount to run them. Player support conversations run through The AI CMO's integrated Helpdesk, in the same governed system as its marketing data, and a dedicated AI Customer Support specialist is being set up to work alongside the support team.
Marketing teams in regulated gaming usually work across a dozen disconnected tools: email, CRM, creative, analytics, suppression lists. The handoffs between them are where mistakes happen. A message sent to a self-excluded player is not a reporting error in this industry. It is a license problem. The AI CMO consolidates that work into one system behind a single approval queue, and its zero-send enforcement sits directly in the send path rather than filtering records after the fact.
AI specialists on the NET and GAMES account are intended to run around the clock: a CRM Manager proposing win-backs for at-risk players, a PPC Specialist auditing creatives and cutting wasted spend, a Content Director drafting the editorial calendar – each proposal routed through human approval before anything ships. Because every specialist reads from the same warehouse, what a PPC campaign learns about a segment can feed the next CRM send instead of staying locked in one channel's tooling. Nothing executes without a human yes, and everything that does is on the record.
The partnership extends that model into online and retail gambling, where multi-brand portfolios, jurisdiction-specific rules and player protection obligations sit on top of ordinary campaign work. NET and GAMES operates casinos in Czechia, Slovakia and Croatia and is also a leading games provider. Both companies described the arrangement as a template that can widen to additional brands and regulated markets.
The partnership was announced Sept. 23.
Choosing The AI CMO represents an important step in building a marketing operation that can scale across our online and retail casinos, powered by AI employees rather than headcount. Its unified approach lets us coordinate acquisition and retention across brands and markets, increase the leverage of our team, and measure impact against incremental margin.
– Vojtěch Krňoul, Director of Online Casino, NET and GAMES
After spending enough time in this industry, you eventually start to think you've seen it all. You know your field, you understand how things work, and it becomes increasingly difficult for something to genuinely surprise you. And then The AI CMO comes along. Their platform somehow makes you feel like Alice in Wonderland all over again. Not because it simply does more than the tools you already know, but because it feels like it's playing an entirely different game. What gives The AI CMO such a remarkable head start is that it was built from the ground up with AI, specifically for AI agents to use. AI isn't an extra layer added to an existing marketing platform – it's the foundation. The result is a breathtaking all-in-one tool combined with an actual AI execution team: specialized agents with access to an incredible amount of information, using the platform to make decisions and execute at scale. And then there's the speed at which it keeps evolving. The platform is expanding so rapidly that it's almost difficult to comprehend – at a pace most companies can only dream about. Not only has The AI CMO caught up with the established leaders in the market, they're already pulling away from them.
– Jan Matějíček, Head of Marketing Technology, NET and GAMES
"Regulated operators don't just need execution at scale – they need that scale to get smarter with every campaign, so what one team learns about a player segment shows up in the next channel automatically," said Petr Royce, Founder, The AI CMO. "NET and GAMES pushed us hardest on what player experience looks like at that scale – every touchpoint feeling personal, not just fast – and that bar now benefits every multi-brand customer on the platform."
